Work from home- online colorist

eSalon is a LA-based beauty brand that creates custom home hair color from scratch for clients in the UK, Europe, Canada and the US. We've crafted over 194,000 unique color variations so far. We are looking for Hair Stylists and Colorists who are fluent in English and French or German to join our team and help clients, new and familiar, look and feel their best! This is currently a work from home position. You can be located in the UK or Europe and must have fast internet and a reliable computer. We will provide a phone. This is not a traditional salon job. eSalon offers the best of both worlds; a creative outlet to help clients achieve their hair color goals and the stability of a full-time / 40 hour per week schedule. You'll be using your coloring knowledge and excellent customer service skills on a daily basis to assess clients' individual color cases online via phone and email. What You'll Be Doing: You will be providing hair colour consultations and customer service. This will include overseeing and creating hair colour formulations via the computer. Match clients' desired hair colour and expectations to encourage repeat orders Proactively build effective working relationships with clients and colleagues to ensure best customer outcome Demonstrate critical thinking by fully analyzing clients’ objectives and concerns and providing appropriate solutions Be a team player with an entrepreneurial spirit Show openness to new ideas; listen to others and objectively consider other ideas and opinions Collaborate with other departments and seek further advice and guidance when required Other duties as assigned
